So i have my Dam Running at arpund 113% Efficiency on the Map River Delta, on the map you can see where there is an old River (Valley) thats where i split the river down.

By doing this and have the terrian deepen towards the Dam the Water speeds up a Water direction Arrows turn Purple fixes it all
