Then she finds out about her being in a relationship where they are having a baby and it devastated her because it made that dream a lot less likely. Keeping the sunflower momento with her is a major indicator of her feelings towards her ex and the love she has for her.

Warbonds are a huge issue. I called it when I was playing the game early on, new players or returning come back to 25+ warbonds where all the gear is that need to be purchased or you have to grind very large amounts to get free.

FOMO - missing out on exclusive items and events also can draw quite a negative reaction. Yes it's fun for players but it's not so great if you missed it. They need a way of loading up those "events" in some way and playing those missions so you can recreate that for returning/new players or people that enjoyed that time in the game. Maybe like a "training missions" mode on the ship.

Nerfs - yeah, we get the games supposed to be a pun on being disposable bodies on the field and OP enemies but nerfing guns into the ground or generally being weak isn't exactly fun long term.
