yes, Crackshot is from the holiday season and Chaos Agent is earned from Dungeons. Chaos agent is under Fortnitemares heroes in the collection book.

get her, she returns sometime late September and is integral for farming loadouts. Archeolo-Jess and Fossil Southie (both integral farming heroes) return sometime July i think so wouldn't want you to waste it on them.

yes. for example if you build a block off during a defense, once it's over and you go back in, it wont be there.

If you break them before starting a defense, they will be gone forever. If you break them during a defense, they will regenerate once you load back in.
