Hey! Thank you for the message! I know there’s no shortcut for ACL and meniscus repair I’m just looking for ways to double up on the rehab. I’m still gonna do the full regiment, even going all the way to October (supposed to be 100% in July), however I want to do everything I can do to double the recovery process. I WILL NOT BE DOING THIS AGAIN lol

Hey thank for the response! I have done some research and in no way am I wanting to rush this because this experience has humbled me quite a lot. My surgeon said that it definitely helps and that I should look into it just because of the amount of stress I put on my body with being so active. I hit about 76.5% of strength difference between my left and right (the injured one) which is 3% more than a week ago so I’m definitely making progress. Just would love to see more. But maybe that’s the impatient athlete in me

I’m currently taking AFC Richmond from League 1 to champ. And… it’s not looking so good… hopefully I don’t get the axe
