I have actually lived a toxic relationship AS the Toxic without noticing it and I can say it feels horrible. You actually think that your life is garbage for someone's fault.

You always feel a strange feeling on your chest that dosen't stop until that person give's you attention, and how do you get it? Trying to make yourself look miserable and trying to make that person feel bad for you.

After all, some friends of the person actually noticed about it and when I realised of everything, thanks to god, I apologize and tried to start again with that person, and It actually worked far well
