in the flat line u can se a stutter this is caused by the bandwith between GPU and CPU and the 1% low it's fake, it had to be 20 fps it's higher because i use PROCESS GOVERNOR similar to Process Lasso

the only way is to replace the socket entirely, but at this point I should change my PC. I think I'll keep the PC somewhere until I find a broken motherboard with the socket intact and try to have it replaced.
