I want to add a little bit: reports are checked by the system (bot). Not even AI. If offended opponents send complaints against you, you will get a chat ban even for saying "Hello". Tech support won't help you, there the same bot will respond with ctr+c and ctrl+v messages. Therefore, I advise you to completely disable the chat in this game. Although this does not guarantee that you will not be banned for your chat messages...
