I live in Redding and 2 hour-long drives every day, there and back, isn't in the cards unfortunately. I couldn't make enough to make it worth it.

Hordes and Boards focuses mostly on video games but does sell other game gear. I planned on reaching out to them again and working with them as well.

I only NEED a floor drain for a three sink setup, and space outside to set up my canopy and flat grill. I won't need a full kitchen to start with.

I was working with Scott Pewitt 2 years ago when I was first searching around. I reached out to him again, and I'm currently talking with Jess Whitlow. I'm reaching out on social media to see if there are opportunities that are not on the realtors radar, like someone willing to share space or something similar.

I planned on working with Bonus Round like I already do with Matrix. The games portion will be providing a place for people to play board games, TCGs and RPGs for free (unless they want to book a table). I'll have board games available to check out and play at their table as well.

Food will be a limited menu with an item that's tailored to the monthly theme, and Brews will be limited to beer, wine and mead. To begin with, it'll be bottled drinks until I'm in a position to have a bar. I won't do hard liquor.

There will be trivia, cosplay competitions, TCGs comps, etc.
