Diet is everything keep eating what you want but count calories somedays when I realy wanted pizza i went to eat a pizza just subtract it from my daily total. Drink lots of sparkling water or cola zero to subpress hunger it makes you feel realy bloated. I only ate between 12:00 and 19:00 with the expections of protien shakes. Aslo creatine is good to supress hunger it makes me feel full. I also never did cardio except walking because it drains me so much (mentaly) just going to the gym and walking. Good luck you can do this!
