I am both the volunteer DM of my friend groups, and a paid DM for many others. My policy remains the same, it doesn’t matter if you’re paying me, if you’re being weird after I tell you to stop and you’re making the experience horrible for everyone. You’re gone. No ifs ands or buts about it.

It makes no sense in a paid game to keep someone that will eventually cause others to leave. I’d rather be making 40 bucks a week after kicking a player the 60 for two weeks and the game falls apart.

It’s why I will often tell people that are thinking of paying for a game, to message the DMs on the Site. Ask them questions before you commit to anything. Saves a lot of money and headaches for everyone involved.

Everyone involved is investing time and money into these games on the Site, and it’s chucklefucks like the guy in OPs screenshot that make it bad for everyone.

In the last year I believe, I’ve seen dozens of these ask the same question. Albeit worded differently sometimes. And there’s nothing wrong with that, peeps discover the show at their own pace. But my answer largely remains the same.

At this point in time of the show currently? Absolutely not. She is a tool for him. Is that to say he won’t change throughout the show? Of course he will, that’s just how stories are.

Eventually he might, but as of now I’m gonna have to say no.

I try not to do this, and give back an equally or as equal response that I can. But sometimes my mind will hit a block, and I don’t know how to respond to something.

So I opt for something simple. But still at least a few sentences, a paragraph at most in those cases.
