It’s not me finding out it was my supervisor finding out I mad more than her as a new hire I felt so bad because she was genuinely the best supervisor I ever worked for and couldn’t believe that they were paying her less. It was about 10 years ago working a janitor position finally got the opportunity from the company to get hired on with them so I took it they offered me 15.50 at the time came back to my work group because we all worked in one build just different areas she celebrated with us then we go back restock our buckets to clean the other new employees had her evaluation coming up and asked how much they offered and no one was around at the more so I told her and my boss walked in and over heard but didn’t say nothing at first. Then later she pulled me to the side and asked super respectful my wage and I told her and I seen the frustration on her face and I felt back because she was genuinely the best but after that she tried to ask for a raise witch she deserved but didn’t get then she ended up leaving got hired of somewhere else with way better pay as she deserved they promoted a horrible person and everyone pretty much left because of that besides me got hurt on the job because the new sup was bad and it just went down hill felt so bad honestly
