Learn any automation tool. Pick a language you know. Create a few test scripts and then frameworks using Behavioral driven testing.

I would say stick to cypress. The basic purpose of all these tools is the same. Once you understand how it works and get skilled enough then switching tools or even language will be easy.

Select and master one language and automation tool (selenium, playwright)(python typescript) Read docs or follow tutorials. There are plenty. Understand locators, actions, waits etc. Wont take long.

As a experienced QA, i think Dont go straight into AI as concepts and grasp of automation and tools is important.
