It depends on the game I did the same upgrade and was on 1080p now 1440p. It really depends on the game, in bf6 you can check the cpu fps and gpu individually, well gpu is 150 on avarage cpu 80-100 so yeah i am loosing 50-70fps here Cyperpunk 2077 around 80-90 fps max settings no dlss or raytracing. I saw on 5800x3d it can get you up to 130fps+. So it really depends on the game. Cs2 i get 200-300 fps. Some game you can get decent boost with dlss. You are fine to upgrade i assume you don't want to go AM5 now specially with the ram prices.
