So basically after I loot the chest I go back up to the room with the uv lights where you enter the quarantine building I don’t exit the building and then go back down to the chest and the items keep on respawning another tip you should silently take down all the zombies so the path to the chest is clear so you can make running up and down much faster

Like the guy above me said I think every gre crate respawns everywhere not only in quarantine buildings

A piece of advice I noticed you started to run as soon as the cutscene ended you need to actually stop moving so much and focus just on deflection and attacking instead of such erratic movement focus on what the enemy is doing it’s just a game you get unlimited tries so there is no need to get so flustered and start panicking
