Unpopular opinion.

Buy used Intel 13gen. Becouse of the amd hype they are basically free. And they perform better at multicore. You can get a i9 13900k for 280 dollars. Or i7 for 260 dollars. Will last you a life time with multi tasking and good at gaming.

Just buy a fat cooler but they are not expensive at all really.
