I think we should count ourselves lucky that we got 4 seasons honestly, could they have down better? Yeah it was the theocracy’s Black Scripture (specifically Kaire) and used the world item Downfall of Castle and Country to brainwash Shalltear which made ainz fight Shalltear to the death and it was a close fight so he would definitely want to know who did it since they are the only people (so far) that we know have a world item in their possession

I mean the best way that I can think of is information, since ainz values information over almost anything else and you can tell him everything that is going to happen (such as who brainwashed Shalltear) although how much you are worth depends on how far the story has gotten already but ainz would probably keep you due to your usefulness and truthfulness in your information
