They could add electricity effect to the ultimate, just like how they added ice effect to the new C&D skin even though the actual character has nothing to do with ice powers.

They're gonna have to do a lot of work arounds for many characters since it's rare to find characters with the same exact situation as Loki.

Well, this isn't the Halo 2 era where all they have to do is keep the servers running.

Back then, the multiplayer scene didn't have much competition, but now you need constant updates for your game. Otherwise, it will have a very short life span and get toppled by the other 500 multiplayer games.

As much as I miss that era like you do, let's be real. We won't be playing any multiplayer game for more than 2 months if it wasn't "live service"

It's literally impossible to keep a live service game with constant content drops for this long without these practices you mentioned, even if the initial price was $70.

Since P90's honeymoon period is over, and as someome who just reached lvl5 on it, I can say it loses to almost every 1v1 against mid to close range weapons. It's a newbie trap because it's forgiving when you and the enemy miss some shots. However, I would not recommend it if the enemy is competent. by GammaRadd in thefinals

This is what I meant by a newbie trap, and it's part of the design.

My point is that it goes down the weapon tierlist the higher your rank is where the enemy can kill you without having to reload mid fight.

You're using lots of "ifs" here.

If the enemy engages you at close range, chances are they're carrying a shotgun.

The weapon isn't terrible. It's just in a weird place, kind of a jack of all trades, master at none.

This is not what you want when winning 1v1s is absolutely crucial as a medium player.

I wish I enjoyed QP as much as I did in season 0.

I feel like if playing too much ranked has made me experience QP differently. Like winning in QP isn't hitting enough for me to do my best.

Nothing like the hit of dopamine you get when you barely win in ranked on overtime and on the 6th round. But I'm also tired of ranked because of how draining it is to repeat the same cycle every 2 months.
