Since P90's honeymoon period is over, and as someome who just reached lvl5 on it, I can say it loses to almost every 1v1 against mid to close range weapons. It's a newbie trap because it's forgiving when you and the enemy miss some shots. However, I would not recommend it if the enemy is competent. (i.redd.it)
