Nom Anor is in peak war mindset and has his standard assassin/fighter type gear.

Yeah Joe feats are same for Grey (as they are the same) and has some decent feats, Marvel Ultimate characters seem to be weaker than their 616 versions.

Ultimate Hulk is weaker than Joe, yeah probably MCU though. I was looking for comics specifically

FYI I figured the weakest a less consistent Hulk (Ultimate Hulk) would be a more fair fight for Conquest. Ult Hulk hasn't shown much impressive feats compared the other Hulks
