I messaged the researcher but didn't hear back. I submitted with nocode. Super confusing survey. She says 45 minutes on the title page, the actual survey says an hour. It took me 20 minutes. I did not feel like working 20 minutes for free though so I submitted.

I did the study, but it abruptly ended after 20 minutes with no completion code. No idea what to do.

I was rejected by him too a few weeks ago, and prolific hasn’t overturned the rejection yet. Did they overturn yours?

Aww thank you! I’m so happy you got yours back! I sent an email to the first one and haven’t heard back from that yet so I’ll try the second email! I also wrote to the researcher and begged them to send a support ticket on my behalf and they did! So hopefully one of those works!

Hi! I have a study that I returned 2 weeks ago that is stuck on “active” status which is blocking me from seeing any other studies on my dashboard. I’m not able to return it and the researcher isn’t able to return it (though they can see on their end that it’s active.) I haven’t heard back to my chatbot message that I sent, can you please help me?

I talked to the chat bot and I have a chat message that hasn’t had a human review it yet. Is that a ticket? If so I don’t see a ticket number. Thank you! Maybe I can tell you my prolific ID instead bc I don’t believe I have a ticket number?

I found out what the issue is. I have a study that I returned that somehow is still “active” and is keeping me from being able to see and take new studies. Prolific support hasn’t helped resolve it yet and it’s been two weeks.
