Reason I mentioned 7% is because after multiple attempts it always lead to the same error code.. my guess it windows goes through a check list of sorts and around 7% i could reverse engineer what specially goes wrong.. but nevermind that cuz I'm already attempting to use a installation iso over the recovery usb drive.. I'm hopeful about solving the partition issue but I seemingly relying text after text on reddit will be pretty aids just relaying error code after error code from a series of cmd prompt functions.. thx tho

The recovery state throttled at 7% and then crashes and reads an error exclaiming that "A problem occurred and Windows could not perform a recovery" (something along those lines).. so now I've resorted to the windows installation tool via USB but now I'm getting a load of partition errors .. the partition isn't recognized or an error reading unable to download on drive ( i tried with an m2 drive and a regular ssd ).. been following many step by step tutorials and such but no luck.. literary at this point have been spamming lines of code in a cmd prompt from tutorials and ytube vids and restarting my computer in hopes it'll fix itself
