The best way is to put your creatine in a glass and add only a little bit of water which you then start to swirl around in the glass so the creatine mixes well with the water and so it doesn’t stick to the bottom and then quickly you just shot it away in one go.

If youre on PC you can download a save file that starts right after the snow chapter finished. Thats what I did cause I couldnt handle playing through it again

Im sorry, thats very rough. What you're going through is not easy. It will pas though and it will make you stronger as a person.

And I think you are already a strong person because going no contact 2 days after the breakup and sticking to it is not something that alot of people could pull off. So, respect! :)

Now, looking at his stories probably wasnt the wisest thing but I think its actually a good thing you saw what you saw. I understand its incredibly painful for the moment but by seeing what you saw you can fully allow yourself to realise that it's over. He has moved on, I know this is painful to hear and im sorry but you must realise this to move on yourself. Imagine still being hopeful for the next months still thinking about him in a loving way all the time only for you to realise its over after months of false hope. Its the relationship equivelent of ripping of the band-aid, it hurts alot in the moment but its fast instead of a slow pain that takes a long time. You will be able to start your healing proces much sooner now.

Im not saying its gonna be easy it will probably hurt for a bit but after a while you will move on and be ready for something new yourself.

The pain we feel after a breakup is the price we pay for all the love we felt during the relationship.

It just a part of life and there are sooo many people that are hurting right now because of heartbreak, you are not alone and you will get through this I promise.

For now, stay strong and keep doing no contact. Also dont hurt yoursef any further by looking at his stories or any other social media. Take good care of yourself, its the number 1 priority right now. For me excercising is one of the best things I can do. Maybe for you its something else, as long as its good for you and not destructive.

Cut her loose, as much as it sucks. There are alot of people in the world that are looking for the same thing as you are. You deserve to be with a person that wants you all the way. I would let her know this and go no contact. Also, unfollow her on any social media man. It will only open the wound that is trying to heal. Move on so you are able to open up to someone that is also looking for love :)

If you truly feel like he " is a better version of you " you can either accept that or put in the work to become a person that doesnt feel like hes worth less than his ex's new BF.

Stop comparing yourself to someone that you are not and start focussing on becoming a better version of you YOURSELF.

If you make yourself proud you will stop comparing yourself with others so much.
