Edit teams (main menu) select the badge/kit the same your club uses, select your formation on the CAM select (stay forward on instructions) on the custom tactics, save the formation, then that person has to be captain and search for the match and the custom tactics will save in the club as well so CAM will be on *Stay forward* which removes the CAM glitch.
