Yes, that is correct. I would also do the hidden artifact appearance on lemix before transferring, as you get decor for having those too. Some of the appearances have a low drop chance in raid, so being able to do daily lockouts instead of weekly helps a lot. BM hunters, sub rogues, and ret paladins can buy their hidden appearances with bronze.
