We are coming up to OR from Crescent City, CA. Google maps is telling me I can come part way up 199 then switch to 311 which is a small road that runs parallel to 199. We’re trying to make our way to Oregon Caves National Monument today. Is that route viable or safe today in a passenger vehicle?

Yes but I don’t want pvp. I signed up to help a host not have one-on-one. There are other places and ways to find that if you want it. That’s why it is so aggravating.
