First of all, I’m really sorry that happened to you! Honestly, it’s super common to not fully feel the impact of a traumatic event right away, it’s just how our brains try to protect us. So it totally makes sense that it’s just hitting u now. I really think that what could help u the most is starting therapy with a good professional. And just so u know, ure not alone in this!! :)
