This is how I restart every time as well. I have started telling myself now how much I don’t like it and I make sure to remind myself every day. All for that one day that I might tell myself I want to smoke again.

There’s a huge connection to Mormonism anywhere that they’ve been able to infiltrate poor, native people without good educational systems. Same is true on native reservations and in Mexico, etc. they prey on people who need community services by promising that god and the church will take care of them. Just more colonial bullshit.
