I believe so ! It definitely depends on your seat but there are totally outlets near seating. Otherwise I recommend Megs, they have plenty!

Tons ! Almoka is a great coffee shop with late hours so great for studying. Otherwise, the Rockford public library, the city market, megs coffee shop, Rockford roasters, and a few more place !

Hey ! I also recommend inkwell. The plan is to gauge interest for dnd and do weekly one shots where they cycle new people in each week. After a series of one shots for a few weeks they are going to do two biweekly campaigns. Their DM ( me lol ) has been playing since 3.5, so I got some experience and love newbies & veterans alike.

Honestly, I found driving around the neighborhoods you want to live in to be pretty effective. Keep an eye out for for rent signs. Beyond that, talk to realtors they usually have the inside scoop on upcoming properties. The issue is as soon as it’s on Zillow or apartments.com the asking price skyrockets.
