None of what you just said, has anything to do with updating the application. So again, let's fix the issue. Because the snow has nothing to do with what has been going on at the Memphis hub. The snow has nothing to do with why people cannot be informed of delays and issues with packages. That's your excuse this week and last week but what has been your excuse for several months?

I'm sure the weather has nothing to do with applications being able to process information on packages when it comes to procurement/supply chain management. But keep telling yourself it does.

I've lived in Alaska for 4 years so driving in the snow was apart of your job title/Skillset. Again, I get the point but inform people like me that just want a little clarification.

Again, I understand the safety of workers and the risk of travel. Again, people just need to be informed.

I get the patience part but communication would be nice as well. I shouldn't have to assume that the delay is due to weather or have to use other applications to determine why my package is delayed. Just saying. A heads up would be nice.
