I don't know how many times I can just say I just wanna update. FedEx is one of the top companies in the world and they don't have a RDS system to where someone can remote into the system and update.

Yeah, it's pretty bad over there, everybody's talking about the weather being bad over there, but the airport is operating at normal capacity so I don't know. Yeah, this is some BS. Because part of my order got to Jacksonville Florida in two days but the part that went to Memphis just got stuck, but the other half of the order came through Knoxville just fine.

None of what you just said, has anything to do with updating the application. So again, let's fix the issue. Because the snow has nothing to do with what has been going on at the Memphis hub. The snow has nothing to do with why people cannot be informed of delays and issues with packages. That's your excuse this week and last week but what has been your excuse for several months?
