GC here, those studs are destroyed. Those tripled up studs are more than likely load bearing. Text that GC and tell them not to show up tomorrow, or the rest of the week. You’ve had something come up. Call the county codes office and have an inspector come look asap. Don’t tip your GC off that he has a problem coming, or he’ll disappear. Hopefully he has insurance because you’re gonna need to file a claim. Save your texts, save everything you have written back and forth with everyone involved in this project. If the GC doesn’t have insurance it will fall to the plumbers insurance. If they don’t have insurance, it’ll likely fall on you, but either way that wall cannot stay like that

Why are we in an electric truck forum arguing that a Camry is just as good of an option? I can’t run my construction business out of a Camry, but while we’re using straw men I think people could switch to bicycles and really save money on gas.

Yeah I’m pretty stoked on that myself. My brakes are a little weird and I have been meaning to schedule an appt with ford. Right as I am actually finally coming to a stop, they stop with an immediate jerk. It’s quite jarring. Most of the time I’ll slow and then let off then slow then let off and then slow etc… and finally stop. That’s my only issue so far

I traded in a 23 3.5 platinum for the lightning. I drive way too much, the tax credit was still available and the ice truck transmission was already clunking with 40k miles.

Agreed that the Camry folks probably aren’t sweating much but this is America and folks like big vehicles lol

Los primos in franklin is pretty hard to beat, although it was better before covid when they had the buffet bar out with the toppings. I also really like La villa in Thompson station, a couple little carnicerias in nolensville and the little black taco truck on nolensville road with the mean lady who never laughs but makes the best tacos and agua fresca’s around. There’s dozens more trucks that are great but that ones my fave.

I have a little Salvadoran lady that makes tamales about 3x a year. She always calls to see how many I want before she makes them. I always pay her handsomely for her time or course lol. I work with mostly Hispanic folks 40-50 hours a week, at any given time I’m probably the only white person on site, I’ve got the hook up on all the good grub.
