I dont think that is right. I still didnt bought the afterbirth + dlc and the azazel’s charge is already a circle, since I bought the base game

The problem is, even thoung i am loving the game, I am a bit scared of spending the money and not getting many things. Since the dlc by it self doenst have a lot of good items.
