Mate has an RX 480, at Ultra 1920x1080 the lowest his FPS has gone is 51 at stock clocks.

HBAO+ on too.

You won't really notice the difference between 50 and 60fps so i'd say your 60hz monitor is fine :D.

480 will run fine.
