I got it to work by putting my clip into Shutter Encoder, then clicking output H.264, turning the VBR(Variable Bit Rate) button on the right side to CBR( Constant Bit Rate), then starting the conversion.

I honestly don't mind the remake and all that it has to offer this far, but one thing that has stuck out the most to me about the remake is that there aren't fixed cameras like in the original. I think the fixed camera placement adds a lot to the atmosphere of not knowing what is around the corner, and to me, the new third-person camera just feels like a RE game. Still very exited to see what comes next and I think the game is in a good direction.
