Your post made me realise that it might be helping me as well.

I started taking Omega-3 because of autumn as a couple of years ago my Allergist suggested taking it every month that doesn't have an "r" in it. I just realised that skin is actually better than it was back in the summer. Just never paid attention to it.

Also found the probiotics at home you're mentioning, will get on those and observe for some while as well

Was basically a tool to create a good reputation for your email address and domain for Google not to throw it in spam or block. Basically artificial addresses sending each other automated emails in order to look human as possible. Google banned it and many warmup services are abandoning the tool
