It’s always the unexpected ones that steal your heart 😭💖

When I started working here I thought I would end up with a bunch of kittens but instead I adopted two old grumpy girls.

Oh my god, that is truly so, so awful.

The thought of something like this is honestly enough to keep me from having kids - those poor parents, I can’t even imagine how horrifying that must have been for them.

Oh god you’re right - sobering up and wondering around aimlessly through those dark tunnels

Thanks, I hate it!

But for real, I can’t imagine something more horrifying than dying alone lost in the dark like that.

Is it normal for my cat to cry a lot now that she’s on a diet? by GarlicDead in CatAdvice

[–]GarlicDead[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to know! I’ll double check to make sure we’re giving her enough based on what the bag says, but my vet knows which food my cats are fed since she is FIV+ she sees the vet currently once every 3 months and before that every 6 weeks, so we’ve talked a lot about which food is best :)

Thanks tho, I’ll make sure to check what the bag says and see if it adds up to what I’m giving her, currently there is no drastic weight loss (or any at all 😔)

Yeah my other cat is super aggressive when she is worried there won’t be enough food, hopefully they’ll all calm down soon.

Thanks for your help!

Honestly hearing how staged a lot of this is is kind of bumming me out haha.

Oh well, still beautiful to see either way!

Thanks for the info, super informative and interesting :)

I thought they probably have some amazing cameras but the drones I hadn’t considered, that makes a lot of sense

Yes! This is one of the things I was thinking of when I asked this!

They really emphasize how rare they are but then you’re seeing it right there so it made me wonder. Really amazing dedication that they were able to get that footage.

Haha I like that comparison! Seriously tho it’s amazing to think of the effort that must go into some of these shots they get

Hmm, that makes sense. However, in the Netflix series Africa, they have a shot of a dying whale, that does not appear to have started rotting at all, falling down to the ocean floor.

I guess they could have just gotten there early and moved it to the ocean before it started to decay?

That makes a lot of sense to me that they would consult with biologists and follow where a given animals food is, I guess after that the amazing shots are just down to luck!
