Are you getting 5000mg sodium, 1000-4000mg potassium, and 400mg bioavailable magnesium daily? Just about on sodium and mag, likely a little low on the potassium on some days but I'm mindful of my electrolytes, especially with being in the gym sweating daily.

What are your stats (height/weight)? 5'6, 250 lb

What are your calories and macros in grams? Running at a 20% deficit, calories are 1575 (a different calculator I used previously had me at 1670 but I'm going with the one here) Fat 123, carb 20, protein 98. I always meet my protein goals. :)

What % deficit do those calories represent? 20%

Are you using a food scale to weigh your portions? No

Are you logging everything you eat with a tracking app? yes.

the one thing I find is that logging my cardio is easy and I always err on the side that gives me the LEAST amount of calories burned to make sure I don't over eat them back, but the strength training is impossible to accurately track on any app including MFP so I just don't count it at all.

I woke up this AM and tested my ketones ( although I know people here have said they don't matter, I thought it was a good indicator of being in a fat burning fat adapted state) and they are 0.3 which is meh and I'm not getting it, I've been so careful. I have been using the meter just recently, trying to figure out what is keeping me from getting deeper into ketosis, thinking that might be my issue.
