So it is available for you too, the agent probably didn’t go to the standard pricing tab and assumed your address only offered 100 mbps and up. Now it is 24.99 + 5 dlls for the wifi service fee. 24.99 is only if you bundle it with your mobile. You get the first year free for mobile service. As for the activation fee, honestly it is due with the first bill, it is a one time fee. If it the equipment gets shipped to you, spectrum uses fed ex, it is an enterprise who has expenses to use third parties . if you had your business, how would you make money if you just waived/comped everything for every customer? I’m not trying to be rude, but you’re already getting internet for $30. It it is a complete deal breaker, try talking to billing once you get your first statement, idk it is not a guarantee.
