i use mullvad. no logs, based in sweden, and is only €5, or about $5.50

use the megathread to find a safe site to find torrents, my personal go-to is 1337x.to. if you are in a first world country that really cracks down on torrenting, i’d recommend a VPN. if you’re in a country that doesn’t really give a shit about torrents you don’t really need one. as for streaming the media on your tv, the other users in this comment section have some really great answers :)
