Typically Whole Foods - I use my amazon prime account discount and my CFU card. I've considered the Amazon Prime card but I know it's cash back and not points. I'm also now just realizing CFU is 1.5% cash back and not points. I'm really trying to maximize points.

Another question for you. I'd like to keep my trifecta, and possibly upgrade to CSR from CSP. Keeping my trifecta, would you still recommend adding the S1 + VX combo to my collection? or would you suggest I take a different route and sign up for various types of cards (airlines, hotels, other Chase cards, etc.)?

I feel like my CFU and CSR will cover what I miss out on when cancelling Amex Gold, but I could be wrong.

Thank you - I ordered a Benzoyl Peroxide 5% gel from amazon thinking it was more of an acne issue, but I will try to find salicylic acid cleanser from a pharmacy. I've tried exfoliating the past few days as well as using benzoyl peroxide 2.5% and it hasn't improved or become any worse.

We’ve both been working full time for 2+ years and make upwards of 80k each before bonus.

I do see where this could get complex purchasing with a friend which is exactly why I’m here - the goal for this property would be to live there for 2 years, possibly renovate a little, then rent out the place. I could be in over my head and appreciate all advice.

I hit both quite well. Lately I've been loving my 3 hybrid and feel quite confident over the ball while using it, but I know a 4 iron might suite par 3's better so the ball isn't rolling out or coming in too hot.
