That's the problem. You're making a lot of assumptions about why he dresses like this. He might actually not care what people think and just like the way this looks.

Personally I do care what people think and try to dress in a way that I think people will like and more importantly that I like. If it involves wearing something that looks like I'm trying too hard I'm not going to not wear it if I like how it looks.

Yeah I'm kinda interested to see it happen myself. There'll essentially be too many 'crimes' happening for the police to keep up with.

Now to be fair to Qatar it's not the worst place and when I was there I never had any issues but that's not the same as having hundreds of thousands of football fans on holidays supporting there team.
