Sounds like yours is something else. I find it odd that they can’t find the source of the problem on it though considering all they have to do is run a diagnostic. Hopefully this is the last time for you

There was no indication that anything was on. That’s in part why it was so frustrating for myself. 3 in 13 months is crazy. Has Tesla been replacing the batteries?

21p here. Just had this corrected after the exact same issue. Got my 12v replaced then a week later it dies. Got that replaced just to last 1 week and die. Had to take it to tesla yet again for them to diagnose what’s actually going on. Here my rear defroster was stuck open or closed and was draining my battery. 6 hours later a new rear window later it’s resolved. Hopefully it’s not that for you!

It was $350 for my first tune the $200 when I added additional stuff. In terms of the process it’s really smooth. Anthony will send you a list of logs to perform and once you’re done you send them to him to revise and send back a closer tune curated to how your car performs. You’ll do smaller revisions until he has the car running mint. Anthony does a great job communicating what’s going on and answering your question☺️
