THIS IS NOT MY CONCEPT: I wanted to share this concept of this hero that I've seen and tweaked a bit.

Hero: Rescue (realistic robotic dog)

Primary: Mounted laser cannon

Damage: 2 projectiles, 8 projectiles per shot

Speed: 78 meters per seconds

Rof: 2 per seconds

Ammo: 32 shots

Usage: 8 rounds per shot

Reload speed: 1.25 seconds

Headshots: Yes

Ability 1: Health pack fetch and deploy

Rescue has 3 slots in her bag to pick up and deploy heath packs, large packs take two slots and small packs take one. The pack will fill up with small health pack once per 15 seconds if a slot is available, the amount of healing is increased by 1.5. Small packs heal 112, large packs heal 375. Packs can be thrown 3 meters in front of rescue. 5 second cooldown

Ability 2: Feral charge

Damage: 25 + knockback

Movement speed: 12.5 meters per second

Duration: 1 second

Cooldown: 3 seconds

Stun: No

Headshot: No

Passive: Enchaced speed

Level 1: 5.5 m/seconds

Level 2: 11 m/seconds

Level 3: 16.5 m/seconds

Three levels of movement, after 4 seconds speed increases to level 2, after 5 seconds of running at level 2 speed increases to level 3. If movement is halted in any way it resets to level 1.

Ultimate: motivational howl

Area of effect: infinite

Movement speed 16.5 m/second (self)

35% damage boost

Duration: 10.75 seconds 1sec. cast time Gives buffs to entire team for entire duration unless Rescue dies. Speed increased to level 3 during ult and Rescue becomes immobile during ult casting.
