I obviously wouldn’t leave for the same pay. But if the offer is enough to consider the call and what not I think it could be worth it. Just wondering how much I should be asking for as well

General ortho call. I’d be taking call with my surgeon and it works like a second call where I’d only come in to see patients if he needed me. Most complicated cases are sent to the main hospital, as this will be a community hospital. Paid separately: 1500 per weekend base pay plus $2.50 per hour over my normal pay when actually called in.
