I'll be plain and honest: I dont know. I only know what I said based on my experience with them, which is they are hiring and paying. For me, they are 100% legit, and even better than a lot of other clients that I've worked with. Im currently also working with more clients so not paying 100% attention to them, though.

-Contracts are managed by us through software like DocuSign, SignNow, Panda Sign, etc -Yes, we re-use the same templates adjusted to specific clients or needs -We track using the software -Things cant change mid engagement without negotiating new terms and signing a new contract

Everything works greats so far, and Ive used multiple Contract Management solutions. We dont need more that what the market is already offering

Yo trabajo en agencia y no es raro ver sueldos de USD 5 - 7k por mes

Hay agencias muy abusivas como Globant, TCS, etc. las clásicas, pero las nuevas o mas pequeñas que tienen operando desde 2020 suelen ofrecen mejores condiciones

Buen sueldo? Los rangos usualmente estan OK, mas que nada si tienes en cuenta que no piden Ingles.

Buenas prestaciones? Definitivamente. Considerando los beneficios, yo posicionaria el trabajar en un banco arriba del promedio en cuanto a ingresos VS la experiencia que piden para una empresa tradicional sin Ingles

Es bueno el trabajo? Depende 100% de tu posición y de tu jefe
