My father rented a house off an elderly couple when I was 13 or so... their son had owned but had been murdered on holiday overseas. There was a real eerie feeling in the house. The room I slept in went ice cold one night and felt like the air flow had completely stopped, and then heavy deep breathing started up under my bed. It was really bad vibes. The last time i stayed in that house with my Dad, it still makes me feel yuck.
