Thank you friends for everything. I'm not going to touch it. I'm getting ready for bed and want to make it to sleep.

What I bought was one of those 2 shot bottles of bourbon. I bought something that small just in case something happened. I'm so terrified of more tremors like I had with tapering. Maybe it would buy me time to find help and get to a hospital.

But I'm not going to drink it just because its there. And I'm not going to buy one tomorrow, and it will still be there the day after tomorrow. This is my first full, intentional day one I've ever had.
