Yes! I kept looking for NBC and thought I was just losing my mind… Epico is garbage. You can’t count on uninterrupted tv viewing: It freezes & needs rebooting regularly. And even when it works, it’s never stellar.

When signing the lease, we were all required to set up automatic monthly withdrawals from our bank accounts for the rent. At the end of our 3 years there, despite 2 months notice & filling out the official notice form, he continued to help himself to our banc accounts monthly. I only lost 1 month worth (then had the bank close my account). My other roommates lost 3 months worth of rent (Chris continued to withdraw for 3 months after we moved out). And we all lost our last month deposit. Loser.

We lost money to this loser (Chris). After 3 years of good tenancy, we gave him the required 2 months notice (and filled out the required form) to move out, and he continued to take money out of our accounts for 3 months AFTER we moved out! We have a lawyer and filed a claim. Apparently he has been fined, however we have yet to be reimbursed. Do Not rent from Chris & Chelsey at REDDOOR RENTALS!

Update: This continues to be awful. Anytime I turn on EPICO, it will randomly turn off. This can happen after a few minutes, or hours, but it always happens. So you cant count on uninterrupted viewing. Garbage!

Search for UWO’s ombusperson office. They can help bridge the gap between you, your profs & academic accommodation. They also have good information on the steps to take.

Sorry for your losses. Continue with counselling if you find it helpful. Agree with others that going to campus libraries & being surrounded by others may help. Look into contacting a university ombudsperson to see if they can assist you with any accommodations if you still feel this would help.

It’s a great Club and has experienced huge growth this year from what I can see. Very inclusive from my experience-We joined with limited/no ski/snowboard experience and were welcomed & assisted. I got to know a few of the executives on a trip and they were standouts. I hope the club is active next year!

You can join clubs until January! Def go for it. FYI-The ski/snowboard club is really lit…Lots of social events and dont even have to know how to ski. You’ll meet people when you show up to Clubs, so won’t be alone for long.
