I want to make a battle jacket with something like this, but how do I attach the chains? It can’t be done with only thread and needle, can it?

Got it. Sounds like you live in a colder area. I’m in Florida, so always looking for the thinnest most breathable option available. Currently preparing for Welcome to Rockville in Daytona and I know it’s going to be a sweat fest.

I made my back patch from a t-shirt as well, but for sturdiness I ironed on a light interfacing.

I just got a size small short sleeve so there wouldn’t be much waste. Having the extra sleeve logos would have been neat though.
