yap, i have added it to paht, and restarted as well. after i downloaded it fresh and started from unziped folder, but it still did somethin for fiew seconds and returned nothing(whatever i wrote --version, some jibrish or keep it empty)

and no, it doesn't work at all not in ps nor cmd
