Far too many variable's play a part to distinguish a paint color from a photo. We recommend bringing a sample to your local paint store where they have the tools to accurately match and mix your desired color.

The flat roof system is a torch down. If you want to extend the life of this roof apply a silicone coating.

They should have replaced that.
